To obtain your provisional certificate, marksheet and degree/ diploma from IGNOU, you need to follow these steps:
- Make sure you are eligible to receive the provisional certificate, marksheet and degree/ diploma. Different programs have different eligibility criteria, so ensure you fulfill all requirements.
- Ensure that you have successfully completed all the requirements of your program, including assignments, projects, practicals (if applicable) and examinations.
- Once you’ve completed your program and are eligible to receive these documents, you need to apply for them. You can usually do this online through the IGNOU website or through the regional centers.
- Those who cleared their examination can collect their marksheet and provisional certificate from Student Evaluation Division (SED) IGNOU Maidan Garhi Headquarters.
- Marksheet and provisional certificates are dispatched by the SED IGNOU Maidan Garhi to the student’s postal address. Otherwise you can approach SED to collect your marksheet and provisional certificate.
