Practical exam can be given only at the exam centre designated by Regional Centre in which student is registered.
Unlike Theory exam which can be given at any exam centre across the country, practical exam can be given only in home regional centre.
For exam if student has taken admission in Regional Centre Delhi 1, the he/she can give practical exam only in exam centre formed by Regional Centre Delhi 1.
In case student wishes to give practical exam in some other state/ region then student has to apply for Regional Centre transfer.
Once transfer is done to new Regional Centre then student can give practical exam at other Regional Centre.
